Oconomowoc River, Waukesha County

Below are a series of satellite images provided by club member Steve Krakow of a stretch of the Oconomowoc River between North Lake and Oconomowoc Lake, which contains smallmouth bass and also some largemouths and bluegills. The entire stretch is about a mile long, as teh crow flies.

The river is about 3 miles north of Hwy 16, off of Hwy C.

Be sure to check the posted signs or DNR regulations, as this stretch is a fish refuge during part of the year.
